All our products pass extreme-temperature, drop, vibration and shock

tests before delivery, so you can be assured of their quality and

durability.

─── INCOMING INSPECTION ───

Beyond standard visual and dimensional checks, we also conduct

functional performance and mechanical fit inspection on every batch

— verifying foil flatness, cutter sharpness, and compatibility with

the corresponding original Braun models.

─── PRODUCTION INSPECTION ───

On the production line, trained operators follow standardized work

instructions to ensure each process meets quality requirements, and

perform self-QC inspection after each step. Quality engineers

re-examine visual appearance and key functions of finished heads

throughout the shift to monitor ongoing quality standards.

─── ASSEMBLY INSPECTION ───

All assembled shaver heads undergo 100% functional test — including

cutting performance verification on test equipment. Test records are

stored as product files for more than 2 years, providing customers

with reliable after-sales traceability and service support.

─── FINAL INSPECTION ───

Every shaver head must pass final inspection before leaving the

factory. Only products that fully meet the requirements of the order

can enter the delivery system.
